This is an excellent silicone sealant and caulk. It has a very low odor and VOC rating. I find it works wonderfully indoors where you want to keep down on the typical silicon odors while curing. It tools and smooths very nicely with a damp method. Moisture helps with curing. It dries very clear.It has excellent adhesion and sealing characteristics. When cured it maintains good flexibility. Very good quality. 5 stars.

I got two types of BioSeal. Since I'm an absolute amateur, I can see no distinction between the two. They both work great. No odor, a real must at our house. Dries quickly. All good.
